1) Responsible for the reception and arrangements for foreign delegations.
2) Responsible for external relations and the organization of visiting foreign countries as well as coordination of the Foreign Affairs.
3) Assist each institution and the relevant departments to launch international academic exchange activities.

2、In charge of the operation and expansion of Sino-foreign cooperative education project.
1) Responsible for the contact and coordinate of collaborating on running schools with foreign colleges and universities and assisting school leaders to do the decision-making work.
2) Responsible for the report and review of Sino-foreign cooperative education project.
3) Give guidance for students on studying abroad and deal with related jobs such as abroad formalities.

3、In charge of the report and implementation of Talent Recruitment Project
1) Responsible for the report and review of various foreign Talent Recruitment Project.
2) Ensure the implementation of foreign talent recruitment project and report the summary of relevant work.
3) Assist school with High-level overseas talent introduction and teaching, research, management personnel’ exchanges abroad.

4、The employment and management of foreign experts
1) Engage foreign experts; deal with all kinds of approval and their entry formalities.
2) Inform the foreign experts of the policy and routine work.

5、Undertake the report and management of personnel going abroad
1) Report staff’s passport and visa that going abroad for business, and withdraw the passport for safekeeping after returning.
2) Assist qualified personnel to apply the scholarship of studying abroad sent by nation.
3) The registration of going abroad privately must put on record.

6、Disseminate and develop the enrolment of foreign students.
7、Deal with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan-related affairs.
