1.Qualifications for application
 Our foreign experts who want to apply for the items should be a Doctor at least,should be an adjunct professor at least,should serve at oversea universities and science research departments,besides,he or she must be reputable in his or her own field and it’ll be better to have acquired international awards.

2.procedures of application
a.All the departments are requested to complete the invitation plans and make the work schedules,communicate with foreign experts as quickly as possible.Next,fill the Chart for Project Application(adjunct chart 1st ),the Basic Information of Scientists who come to Hubei to Give Lectures(adjunct chart 2nd ),by the way,this two charts can be downloaded from the School OA system or international office web.Every items in the charts should be wrote exactly one by one.
 b.The papery datum of all items should be prepared for two and one copy of

 c.After the examination and check by school leaders firstly,the datum will be passed to provincial educational department to check again.Our school will undertake the lectures fees once passed by us while the provincial educational department will pay for them from the special fund .On the other hand,each item should be provided one of the two funds and the items has been carried out should not be applied for repeatedly.

3.Requirements for application
 a.Every school and related departments is required to combine with the subjects development plans to get touch with foreign experts,invite the high-level scientists who were accepted publicly over the world to give lectures and develop the cooperation in science and academic research.
 b.During the lectures,we should take the photos and videos as many as possible and arrange all the information after that.We are required to invite related specials and scholars from domestic universities and related research institutes to participate in at the same time,and intensified the propaganda works.After the implement,we should make a final reports in time,keep the steps with subsequent actions and try our best to to exaggerate the harvest.
