In the evening of September 11, the University of Leuven, Belgium, held a concert at the Jinyin Campus Student Activity Center on the third floor. This activity is jointly organized by the our University's International office, Student Department, Wuhan Polytechnic University Symphony Orchestra League. Provincial Archives director Eddie Wong, University leaders Xiao Bo, Tan kunhua, attended the concert, listened and enjoyed the concert together with many teachers and students.
"Music without borders, exchange indefinitely" by my Universityl Flute Association Li Liang, Yang Peng brought flute ensemble "pastoral song", and Li Liyuan who was student from the economic management college sang "Mercy", kicked off for the entire concert.They show friends from afar demonstrated outstanding style.
Belgium Ehrenburg Symphony Orchestra is an orchestra composed of students from different colleges.They are graduate students, Chinese students and so on, they are using their spare time to rehearse.
As the beginning of the concert ,Thomas ,the head of Orchestra emphasizes in the speech“music cross boundaries，music build heart of bridge，so that the friendship between two countries youth also cross broders,beyond time and space and sparkle with gorgeous brightness.”
In the evening party, the audience listened quietly, and enjoyed the wonderful musicians who brought the show to enjoy these world music, classical music for the soul of their own baptism. "Chirp complex chirp Mulan when household organization" visual and aesthetic west, reproducing the ancient Chinese story, "a Disney movie: Mulan Suite" at the symphony performances will take again the good image of Mulan brave show in front of an audience; " Vanessa Chenghua clothing, Flying around the Castle, "a clarinet solo," The Butterfly Lovers The first movement, "Let the audience immersed in the Butterfly Lovers poignant and touching love being;" the first part of Beethoven's Fifth Symphony. " emotions, people feel the unspeakable soul felt moved and reverence; children from Evergreen student troupe soothing chorus and orchestra complement each other, the "countryside paths," the popular interpretation of the famous ballad head, won warm applause. The orchestra also invited the Belgian soprano singing "Lord of the Rings I" theme song, "The Last Spring" "Dear Dad" and "Romeo and Juliet" selections "I would like to live in a dream" and so on.
‘Our Country’ which was perfomed the teachers’ chorus in our school and Belgian University of Louvain’s Ehrenburg Symphony orchestra,leading by Xiao Li Wang of At and Advertising college in our school,had ended up the whole concert successfully.
It is understood that this is the University of Leuven, Belgium Ehrenburg orchestra was invited to visit China to show for the first time , the band launched a series of cultural exchange activities in Central China Normal University, Wuhan Polytechnic University, China Agricultural University, Sichuan University and other colleges and universities, and for extending international friendships .
