From 16th April to 20th April, the teachers David Wright and Carry Weeks of Teesside University came to Wuhan Polytechnic University to commence on the week-long teaching and communication.
Mr.Wright divided the theoretical knowledge into sections, which would help students understand knowledge more clearly. He introduced some important sections of food and nutrition science such as nutrition ingredients, energy demands, dietary habits and dietary intake. He also led students to combine professional knowledge, case study, independent analysis and content presentation to find, analyze and solve problems.
This activity aimed to provide practical assistance for students who decide to study abroad. At the same time, it can also cultivate the group cooperation ability of students and exercises their English expression.
