From May 8th to 15th, Tambov State Technical University held a week-long exchange activity with Wuhan Polytechnic University. On May 9th, the Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War, student work place of our university hosted a group of twelve students and teachers from Tambov State Technical University to carry out a cultural tour of Wuhan.

First stop, the tomb of the martyrs of the Soviet air force in the liberated park, the teachers and students between China and Russia presented flowers to the sacrificial soldiers in Wuhan Air Combat. The delegation sang classic Russian songs ‘Katyusha’ together to express their grief.

Second stop, Wuhan Changjiang River Museum, the delegation were attracted by charming scenery and towering buildings on both side of Changjiang river. The Russian students were extremely enthusiasm to inquire the development of Wuhan and living situation.

The last stop, Wuhan City Planning Bureau, three-dimensional digital exhibition presented the glamour and convenient public service of Wuhan. For a while, ‘opening up’, ‘vitalit’ and ‘deep impression’ had become high frequency words for Russian delegation to evaluate Wuhan.
